If you would like to return the product you ordered, please send us an email to info@binoar.de The order number is enough to assign your order.
Then we create a return slip, which must be printed and simply attached to one side of the package.
After arrival of the return, the amount will be transferred back.
Please note that the return costs will be deducted from € 4 of your credit amount.
